Fengshui guidelines for designing a business card

Why Business cards are still important? Despite all the technological advancements, business cards are still irreplaceable. Business cards usually contain key contact details of a company. The cards are today a way to make a quick first impression on the recipients. A business card is as important as your business premises because a business card attracts unexpected success in your business. Business cards are part of the branding exercise that marketers take up to beat the competition. Their multiple design options also provide numerous opportunities to promote your business in a creative manner. Your business card shows all current positions of your business like, suffering from not getting orders from clients, not being able to launch new products or effects on your business. The following Feng Shui hacks can help you make an impact on your business via business cards,

  1. If you start a new business or have an existing business you want to expand, you should use a vertical card design as this shape represents wood elements. This type of card is useful for doctors, creative people, researchers, developers and those who are starting a new business.

  2. If your business needs creativity, stability, security and clarity then you use a horizontal card design because this shape represents earth elements. This type of card is useful for land developers, builders, architects, cement agencies, government officers, company's CEO and bank representatives.

  3. Your business card paper represents wealth so use the most valuable paper and never use a translucent paper, this can cause money loss.

  4. Place your name at the top of the card centre and it should be in red or golden colour which helps you in getting fame for your business. You can also use other colours which support your design elements.

  5. A business logo is also important. Place your logo on the left-hand side, and the product logo on the right-hand side - this helps to get support from your superiors and staff.

  6. Place your address on the lower side of the card.

  7. The backside of the card, write product list or services or location.

  8. Never make holes in your card for design purposes it may lead to suffering.

You should always use supportive colour combinations, like (White-Blue-Green) (Green-Red) (Gray-White-Black) and (Gray-White-Blue) which helps for harmony in business. You can also use colours which supports your business elemental energy. Here are a few feedbacks of my clients, who followed the Fengshui guidelines to design their business cards, "We are specialized in fabrics for Curtain, Sheer & Upholstery. We also have a wide Collection Of Blinds, Carpets & rugs, World Best Mattresses, Wooden Flooring, Wallpaper Bed & Bath Linen & Many More….. Anjanaben had visited last year to my Showroom for one-to-one. And she had given me the Advise for Re-designing the Sign Board of Rowan décor with Red Color instead of Brown Color. I had done the suggested changes according to her Advise. After that I have noticed that tremendous increase in our sale. I will highly recommend her services to my business and personal associates."
